What are the admission requirements?
Admission requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent (GED), completing our application form, providing a government-issued photo ID, and meeting with an admissions advisor. Some clinical programs may have additional prerequisites such as a physical exam, immunizations, and background check.
How long are the training programs?
Our programs are designed to be career-focused and accelerated. Most programs can be completed in 3 to 12 months, depending on the specific program track and scheduling options (e.g. Phlebotomy and CNA are shorter, while MRI Technologist is longer).
How much do the programs cost and is financial aid available?
Program costs vary by program length and format. NextGen Health Institute offers several financial aid options, including Federal Pell Grants, Federal Student Loans, scholarships, and interest-free flexible payment plans for those who qualify.
What kind of job placement assistance or support do you provide?
Our dedicated career services team provides comprehensive job placement support, including resume writing assistance, interview preparation coaching, job search support, and networking opportunities with local healthcare employers. While employment is not guaranteed, we work closely with graduates to help them succeed.
Are online or hybrid classes available?
Yes, select programs offer hybrid or online options for lecture portions. However, all of our healthcare training programs require in-person, hands-on clinical lab practice and externship training at our facilities or approved clinical sites to build critical skills.
